AMS Insurance Services are closely monitoring developments around the spread of COVID-19, and have been preparing and testing a coordinated business continuity and pandemic response since news of the coronavirus first emerged. The response which is overseen by the crisis management team focuses on the health and wellbeing of our employees and the ability for us to service our customers and partners with a minimal level of disruption should the situation further escalate.
In order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, we have already implemented a range of precautionary measures, including working from home for our more susceptible employees.
Resilience testing took place on the 12th and 13th of March to ensure service delivery would be uninterrupted should all staff need to operate from home. The testing was successful. Business would continue as normal should these steps need to be taken.
We recognise that this is a highly uncertain and rapidly evolving situation, but we are well prepared and doing everything we can to protect our employees, and ensure we deliver seamless service to our customers and partners.
